10rnd mag to 25rnd mag

Initially had a extra 10rnd mzg laying around tokk out the pin that makes it 10 rnd so its now 25. My question is where can I find that small black little piece that pulls the spring down like in the 25rnd mag..

They even have a loading tool, but I haven't used mine in a dog's age. They're heftier (metal vs. plastic) than the S&W factory loading buttons, IMHO.
