10th Circuit Rules on 2A and CCW

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Conceal Carry is NOT protected by the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

"We conclude that the carrying of concealed firearms is not protected by the Second Amendment..."

So, you can't carry open and you can't carry concealed but, you have the right to bear arms. Who? When? Where? ...

The 7th circuit just ruled it is.

With this ruling and the 7th Circuit's ruling today I think we might see the Supreme Court take up a gun control case again quite soon. I have mixed feelings about that but perhaps we are better off now than after the President gets to make some appointments over the next couple of years.
