Winchester 42 price

What are Model 42 pumps selling for currently? Standard field grade with a 28" solid rib barrel. No modifications and probably in the 90% range as far as condition. Factory wood and metal finish. Made immediately after WWII. TY!

Nice! Solid ribs bring a premium.

Your 90% may not be the same as mine, but I'd guess $1500-$2K.

I'd love to see some photos.

I gave $1200 for a very nice field grade with plain barrel, no rib, two years ago. Early 50s.

I see quite a few at auctions, and the average with the soled rib is in the $1200 range. On a good day a fine specimen may make up to $1700. Prices are down from 5 years ago.
