Has anyone tried to contact the company president,head of sales or the head of marketing? If so could you please pass along their e-mail addresses. I want to remind them that if they hope to earn my future business, they damn well better find a way of taking care of my current business.
I placed my order on December 28, about 11:00 PM but didn't receive a message indicating that my order had been lost. Of course they haven't provided any information about the order at all.
I realize that they are out of stock, and working hard to get caught up, but they should be able to do the simple math. If you have 100,000 magazines on back order (or whatever the number is) and your suppliers produce 1000 per day, it will take 100 days to fill all your back orders. If my order is somewhere in the middle of the pack, I should expect the order to ship in about 50 days.
For those of you with lost orders, did S&W at least offer to put you back in line based on the date and time your order was placed, or did they simply push you to the back of the line, or deleted from the waiting list all together?
