15-22 pictures?

Hello everyone! This is my first post so if I missed a gallery that's already been posted, I'm sorry to repost.

Anyway's I'm looking to pick up a 15-22 before too long and was wondering what and how everyone is modding their rifles. I know I want to go with the tan/black kind of desert camo theme, but didn't know who else has went that road and if they have pictures. I'm really looking for grips and stocks in particular. I know of the magpul stock, but have yet to see a good picture of one installed on a 15-22. Thanks.

wow,fast reply and with exactly what I was looking for. I love my ruger 10/22 but I want something a little different just for plinking. I figured a 15-22 would be a happy middle ground between my ak's and ar, feel familiar,fun to shoot, and wouldn't break the bank.

Glad to help. Ya it always helps to SEE an idea for a rifle BEFORE commiting to the purchase. JUST in case your like.. hmm nope.. thats not what I wanted. I set my 15 22 up to be a .22 caliber exact copy of one of my .223 AR's. Its a good way to get in trigger time for ALOT less cash for ammo, as well as still maintain the muscle memory of the AR 15 platform.

Also with all that added weight to a 5.5 pound gun from all the add ons, its geting close to my AR. It will never match it exaclty, due to being made of polymer, but still to have a close weight gun for training/practice does help in the long run. Welcome to the club, and once you do get your 15 22, post pics for us. As we all love us some "gun porn" lol. ALSO be SURE to buy a MILSPEC stock for your 15 22 , and NOT commercial!!! Here is a pic explaining the differences, in case you didnt know them.
