My little Model 34 is used to CCI Standard ammo, but now I found a cheap source for American Eagle.
As I was curious as to how the Model 34 would perform with this ammo, so I used my normal practice of shooting 15 round without checking in between. (obviously, I DID see the first couple in the white..)
That way I can see where they punch the target, before making any adjustments.
One hand stance, 10 meters\11 yards(?)

Must say I did not even try that hard although I was in a quite relaxed
'mode'. Not sure whether I will use this AE ammo in competion, as they are much louder and smoke a lot more than the CCI's I'm used to.
But this is not bad grouping, is it?

Very nice shooting. I've found the J frames (even a 4" Kit Gun with target stocks) to be a little more difficult to get to group tightly than larger guns.

Normally, they are.
But, as I suffer from an irritating and almost "chronical" tennis-arm, I find this 34 more comfortable to shoot for the duration of a match-routine.
(40 round match, 10 practice/sighting in rounds).
My Model 18-1 has a much better trigger and superiour sights and will always out-shoot this little one, but I cannot lift it and shoot well for more than 10-15 rounds..

(Yes, it feels somewhat .... to say that...)

Your little 34 is also worth about 15 American Silver Eagles now days. That is some good one hand shooting.
