.17HMR Rifles-Any recommendations?

I'm a little to the party but, I would also recommend a CZ 457. You can get the American with two barrels .17 HMR and .22LR. Very easy to change barrels. you could even get a .22 WMR barrel for it and a lot of aftermarket "match" grade barrels.

The second recommendation is a Ruger Precision Rimfire. same thing with swapping barrels from .17HMR to .22LR and .22WMR.

good luck!

If you can find one, the Marlin 17VS/917 VS is a great looking gun that shoots lights out. Like mentioned above, the 20 gr. hollow points are the best rounds for clean kills. The trigger will need a lighter spring. I bought a rifle basix trigger for 80 bucks, and it's awesome. My brother changed the factory trigger spring with a spring from a ball point pin and it's almost as good.

Not sure what the prices are but I can't imagine being more expensive than a CZ.
