Sorry, new to the forum and did a BAD posting on another thread.

Interested to find the value on a 19-4 purchased 6/81. This pistol has only had the original factory test shots fired through it, have the original box and everything that came in it including the original bill of sale.
If the attachments don't make it I will try again. Let me know if there are other pictures needed and I will do my best to get what is needed.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Additional Pictures, not sure if this is a 1980 or 1981 model since it was purchased 6/4/1981.

19-4

Sent you a PM

I'm seeing 900-1200 on broker

The nickel makes it a little more unusual and the grain in the stocks is very nice. Are the hammer and trigger "target width" (1/2") or standard? In the condition you describe and with the box, I think it would be an easy sale in the $1000 range. That said, I have the same gun, minus the box, in very nice condition, but I do shoot it. I wouldn't sell for any price ever mentioned on GB. There might be an agreeable price out there, but I would be embarrassed to name it.

Thanks for the pic of the hammer. It is indeed a target hammer. Probably doesn't change value except that some folks think the TTT (target grips, hammer and trigger configuration) are cool and possibly worth money. I appreciate the T hammer and T grips, but not a fan of the trigger. YMMV. I believe the ramp front sight is a bit of an outlier on a six inch barrel, but that is what mine has, while my 19-2 6" has a Patridge front sight.

Wow! A true, NIB, factory nickle Model 19-4. These days, I'd say $1000 to $1200 would be the average sale price, perhaps more with an online auction.
