Now tell us the story that goes with the pictures. We all like pictures but....

I am not fan of nickel at all, I dont own any and unless its a super deal, would choose a blued or stainless over nickel anyday.
BUT that is one gorgeous 19. I would have a hard time not choosing that one if i had a choice between it and its blue counterpart.

very nice pair, now just need a blue...and maybe a Pinto he he !

BTW my guess is the 66 is actually a very late production 66-1 and the nickel 19 is either a Model 19-3 or 19-4 ?

Very nice set of fine pistols

i am also a 66/19 fan i have 3 M66's a no dash, a -1 and a-2 also an M19-4 all like yours 4"bbls
the 66's all new in box with papers tools etc... 19 is a shooter grade which i carry and i dont think i could find any better pistols too own and shoot

I have a blue I carried for years that still looks pretty good and picked this up as a shooter last weekend. I have a blue 2.5 too.

Unfired/New In box, or just very clean?

I want a 66 just like that one!

Very, very nice!

I believe the Nickle yo be unfired. When I first got it dryfired it some since I am a shooter. The 66 is a shooter I picked up recently at a Gunshow. First 66 I have even seen around here for sale. You just don't see S&W that aren't rusted around here much.
