1911 Smithies?

I recently obtained a used 1988 Colt Combat Elite and want to send it to a gunsmith for the the following:

-Dehorning job and refinishing
-Trigger work to a 3 1/2 lbs crisp trigger
-General tuning work for reliability
-New sights installed

I am wondering who you all recommend for this. This will be a duty gun so I want this done right. Money is no concern, but I’d prefer a reasonable turnaround time (6
months or less).

I bought a new Colt Combat Elite in about 1985 to compete in IPSC competitions that were pretty new at the time. I traded my beloved S&W M39 and $225 for the gun because it had a great trigger, sights, safety, and basically didn't need anything which was rare for 1911s in that era. One normally would have to spend a bunch of $$$ to get a 1911 with all those features It was very accurate and perfectly reliable, I loved that gun!
