I bought several sets of these a few years back and never installed them. they are genuine organic material but I don't recall what animal they originate from. ( I don't thin it's Sanbar as the color of the bark is a bit lite.)
Anyway, I have two full sized sets with ambi cut outs for sale pictured here.(Both SPF) I also have a commander sized set . $95/set shipped. Thanks for looking.
