1960 Model 29

I am starting to think that a 4 screw pre 29 is fairly common. Lots of them on this thread alone!
Mine is s1784xx, well used, wrong stocks. I got it on GB this year paid over going prices (I was the only bidder for one week). I love it though, maybe my favorite!

44 Magnums with no model number and a 4-screw frame fall (generally) within the serial number range, S167500-S184000. These 16,500 serial numbers are shared between the 44 Magnum, the .357 Magnum, Highway Patrolman, and other N-frame models. Since the 44 Magnum was very popular in 1957 and 1958, the number of 44 Magnums in this serial number range is probably around 10,000.
