I just got off the horn with S&W CS - the little 2 1/8" .32 - okay, .327 Federal Magnum - SKU # 178046, is finally on their production schedule... for June. I assume he meant this year. As Wm Shattner said in his recent TV bomb, "&%$@*". Optimistically, I do have a hatchday celebration the end of July... could be a present - from me to me. Sadly, it may not come then... maybe Christmas.

I know, they have to schedule stuff - but they have been dangling that carrot for nearly a year already. At least the 3" 63 made it. Anyone else awaiting the snubby 632?

I've had money down on one since April of last year and, at this point, I've come to the conclusion that, "it'll be here when it gets here."

The last I heard it was supposed to be May, now June. At least it didn't go from May to October......

Thanks for the update!

im in. ive been waiting also. it will go nicely with my 640 and 940

At least I'm not alone. This will be my fourth .327......

Back in 2008 I snagged the Ruger SP101 and since then I've added the other Smith 632, as well as a Charter Arms Patriot, which I recently sold in anticipation of getting the other, other, 632.

Sorry guys. I have one of the original 631 stubbies. It's only 32 magnum
but kind of cute, and no lock.

I'll be shopping one of the 632s also as I load for all of my 32s.
They are great cartridges and fun to shoot especially with 32 S&W long.

Good luck!

I just wish they would bring the .327 mag out in a K frame 6" Target, Model 16-??

And in a 7 shooter to boot as an L frame.

Just my .02 but I'm getting intrigued by this cartridge, and I haven't done that in a loooong time. Particularly the ability to load a 6th round in J frames.

Hmmmmmmmm? More Smith stuff to think about.

I talked with Paul at Customer Service - several have been shipped - but still no word on when production will commence.

SO they need to Hurry UP! before I have to fix something big, or my wife decides she can spend it better than I can! :D:D:D
