2" J frame .22 revolvers

The .22 lr is .223 and the .22 wmrf is .224. That is why very old model ruger single sixs in just .22 lr are usualy more accurate then the later ones as once ruger started building the convertable single six, they made all the barrels in .224. Colt did the same thing in the versions of their scout.
 
This is the first I have heard about the Model 651 Dual Cylinder. It looks like something I now know I need. Are they rare? Any idea of what I might pay for a nice one that will be used?
It looks to me like a Model 63 (stainless .22lr) but must have a longer cylinder for the .22 M.R.F.
