2" Model 67

2" model 15s were o ce a popular choice for some, especially those restricted to a 38. Ii never understood why S&W never produced the 67 with a two inch barrel.

You know the frames of the 2" model 15s are different than a regular model 15. Not just the indents, the top strap is actually thicker and the rib on the barrel is taller . Maybe to keep from having a really tall front sight ( because of concealed carry) I don't really know.
Perhaps they just didn't see the profit of making different frames and barrels for model 67 2". If you got a 15 hard chromed it would hold up like stainless. 67 2" would be a good looking gun.
