Acquisition 1: 686-6+ 5". This was the PSA impulse buy about a month ago. Plugged the lock hole nonsense and put on some VZs. Great balance!

Acquisition 2 (the more exciting one): 686-4 2.5" w/ combats. Purchased here from a friendly forum member. To nobody's surprise, it's very nice. The stocks sure are pretty but don't really fit my hand. If I decide to part with them I'll almost certainly offer them on these classifieds.

I'm now at 14 S&W revolvers. I have more revolvers than pistols now. What happened?

I like combat grips, they fit me nicely. I find them handy in the warm, humid Southern summers. But VZ grips help on that too.
