1. $225 shipped First for sale is a .38 S&W (not special) Double Action, 4th Model in original blue finish with a 5 inch barrel, sn#419125. A lot of the bluing is gone with pitting in a variety of places. Bore is clean with some minor pitting. See the pics to evaluate condition. Will ship by USPS priority to your FFL, it is C&R eligible as it shipped in Sept 1902. I have never fired it but was told it does function well. The cylinder cycles when pulling the trigger with a little end shake. Of course the gun is in "AS IS" condition. Holster is included and grips are numbered to gun.
2. $125 shipped Second for sale is a .38 S&W (not special) Safety Hammerless (Lemon Squeezer), 5th model in refinished nickel with a 4 inch bareel, sn#242075. The refinish does show some signs of pitting below the current finish in a few places. Bore is clean with some very minor signs of pitting. See the pics to evaluate condition. Will ship by USPS priority to your FFL, also C&R eligible as this one dates to circa 1915-16. I have also never fired this gun. The cylinder does not catch and spins freely but will cycle with safety compressed and trigger pulled but the cylinder does not match up with barrel. Ejector star also has one arm broken. Basically this one will need some work but should be minor and is also "AS IS." It may be a better parts gun, who knows. Grips are correct style and in prefect shape but do not match gun, they are stamped 306947. This one also has a holster that has the basket weave pattern and is marked "Brauer Bros MFG CO, St. Louis MO, AFB E04"
First unconditional "I'll take it" gets them and PM me if you would like more pics. I will sell both together for $340. Various forms of payment accepted. Thanks for looking.
This page is the Double action and next page has pics for the lemon squeezer.
