22A Talo adjustable sight problem

I recently purchased a 22A and have a problem adjusting the rear sight. When attempting to move the sight to the right, it will click and jump back to the previous position. No amount of turning the screw will change this. When adjusting to the left, I can get a couple of clicks but no more. Continuing to turn the adjustment screw results in the screw backing out.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to correct this or should I simply send it back to S&W.

Back to S&W. Call, nicely explain and hopefully, they will send a shipping label. They will have it back to you in no time and it will be fixed correctly.

I talked to Mark at S&W this morning. He is ordering a new sight for me and will send it to me as soon as he can obtain one. Great customer service from a very nice representative.
