25-2 1955 .45 ACP

Hi folks,
Found the above pistol and am buying it. My question is about it's birthday. Is it old enough to ship C&R? I'm buying either way, but a few bucks saved on fees is a few bucks saved.
Serial is N450726.
My Christmas list has the latest edition of the SCSW on it so I shouldn't need to ask for this sort information again.

So 45 years old, not CR 50
