25-2 Presentation Case

While browsing for grips on flea bay, I stumbled on a S&W presentation case for my 25-2. It came with original paperwork, cleaning accessories and screw driver. It's not perfect and has some wear in usual contact points, but very nice package for a buck and a quarter delivered.

My 25-2 likes it too. (I have the original grips, but really prefer these old Herrett's)

A very nice pick up. That liner is not in bad shape at all compared to some that I own and have seen.

I am glad you posted the picture so I could compare my home made box insert to it. After looking at mine in comparison, I can see how immaturishly it looks in comparison to your nice original example.

Nice find! Difficult to find them in such nice condition and the added bonus of tools a paperwork completes the gun nicely.

I wonder when the pretty boxes appeared? I had one with a N25xxx S/N and it came in a blue cardboard box! I know it was later in the run obviously.

Nice case for your revolver. Just as S&W refers to grips as stocks, so to with the screwdriver in your case. It is properly called a “Sight Adjustment Tool” and some of them are collectible.
