Looking at getting a 25-7 in 45C. Question is, after looking in the #4 bible, it notes the changes with the -7 variation are yoke, radius and cylinder changes, as well as the glass bead finish. ?? is about the amount of 25-7's that were produced? Any info would be appreciated..

Actually there are no records that indicate how many model 25s were made during the -7 engineering revision.

However when it comes to product code 100924, the 5", bead blasted, unfluted cylinder model 25 that is chambered for the 45 Long Colt cartridge, 2000 of that revolver were produced. Production began at the -7 engineering revision and the model was completed during the -9 engineering revision.

It is not known how many revolvers were manufactured in each engineering revision.

I would like to have one but I draw the line when prices go north of $1100.00. They are out there. Just have to find a reasonable deal. Not looking for a steal just a reasonable deal.
