27-2 5 inch Price Please

I have been offered a 27-2 5" in 95+ condition. Gun only, no box. Target grips. What should I expect to pay for this. Thanks.

I suspect they'll ask for $700 or more, but for a fairly common gun in 95% condition I'd lose interest around $550, maybe less depending on which 5% is missing. Any price less would be a bargin these days in nearly in condition.

I would think somewhere around $600 from an individual would be reasonable, assuming the description is accurate. Maybe a little more if you really like it.

The target stocks are a plus, assuming they are S&W or from a stock maker known for high quality products.

Someone else will have to speak to how common or rare the barrel length is. I can say it is very popular with folks on this forum, me included.
