27-2 Question

I have a Nickel 27-2, 3 1/2" barrel. The serial number is N51449. Is this C&R qualified?

Gun was made in 1978 or 1979 if that helps.

N51449 probably dates to 1973 or 74, so it has quite a few years to go before turning 50 and being C&R qualified.
