28-2 approximate ship date

Curious if anyone has an approximate ship date on a 28-2 I’m looking at. Serial#is N112408 shop is asking $750. Thanks .

SCSW 4th edition lists entire N100000 run as shipping in 1973.

Is it a 4" or 6"? 4" bbl. versions still tend to bring a little more money than the 6" bbl. versions, but not much. Does it have its original magna stocks, and are they in nice condition? $750 is a decent price for any Model 28-2 these days, with many bringing closer to $1K. Most of my Model 28-2s are ca. 1974-1977, and they are great revolvers. Good luck!
