What does the three digit # mean? It's on the part in front of the cylinder - the part that flops out when you open it. Thanks.

It's not the model #. It's on the part that flops down with the cylinder. They're bigger & like etched-in or something. Unlike the model & serial #'s.
 
Perhaps if you posted some pictures and model information someone could help.
 
Actually that's your lucky number!

Seriously though those are assembly numbers used by the factory to make sure they keep all the parts tgether when assembling the gun.
