Clark Custom sells them , but I don't know if they sell them by themselves . Usually the bushing has to be fit to the barrel . Having said that , another member posted how happy he was with the barrel and bushing he had fitted by them .

This will definitely be a difficult part to find. I have heard some say that the bushing can be fragile.

Across the four examples of 52 I have owned, I have never had a bushing problem.

What is the problem with your bushing? Did you cross-thread it or crack it somehow?

Clark Custom Guns has new bushings for sale for $83.00 on their website. They note that the bushing must be fitted to the barrel it will be used with, but I don't know what they charge for fitting. They only have a few new barrels left, but I don't know how many bushings they still have. I do know they will not be making anymore barrels for the M-52.

As was already asked, what is wrong with your bushing? I have never personally seen a bad one, but have heard of some that cracked. Common knowledge from long ago was not to tighten up the barrel bushing beyond finger tight or it might crack. Perhaps that is why S&W supplied such a cheaply made bushing wrench with the pistol which you should never use on the bushing. A 12pt socket of correct size works wonders for removing the bushing. I only finger tighten the bushing and have done so on the half dozen M-52's I have owned.

Bushings do pop-up on Ebay now and then and you may be able to locate one at Jack First Gunparts. They are great to do business with. Good luck with this
