I have been looking and saving for a nice Md 66 3 incher. I finally found a good one. I added the Combats which I got from VM a short while back. I am still looking for that Md 610.

Hey xray 99
Shooters were having problems with the 2 1/2" barrel length which has a short ejector rod. Some of the fired shells were sticking in the chambers. In 1985 Ashland Shooters Supply of Ashland, Ohio ordered the mod 66 with a 3" barrel which allowed for a full length ejector rod. The first order was for 5000 guns.

Same Here!
I've been perfectly satisified with my 3" CS-1 and 13 but you guys just have to keep posting pictures of 3" 66's!

I will have one before my birthday in August!

Nice gun. It looks real nice with those combats on it.

Awesome handgun. It must be karma. I just picked up my 3" M65 that I purchased here on the forum a few weeks back. After a good cleaning, it's ready for the range. I hope you enjoy as much as I will.

That is one handsome/pretty "shootin iron". nough said! I tip my hat!

Welcome to the Ashland run 3" 66 club. Mine was $275.00 in 85. My favorite in the safe.

Did I here a bid of $900.00?

Nice guns everyone. My dad's only S&W is a 3" 66. I learned to shoot on that. As much as I want it, I told him to never get rid of it.
