317 full-tang hammer source?

I have a 317 (2" no-dash) that I can't cock for SA without puncturing my thumb!

Anyone know a source and/or part # for a 317LS Ladysmith full-tang hammer?

I've tried a 637-1 hammer, mostly identical except the face that hits the pin is smaller than the rimfire unit. The 317 hammer is enough bigger that it fouls the frame on the 637.

The long spur hammer is product code 826060A and it is available from Numrich and probably lots of other sources

However, what is wrong with using the 637 hammer that you already own?

Having a smaller face should be no problem as long as it still contacts the firing pin

Well, the 637 hammer belongs to the 637, and as the 317 hammer won't fit the 637 I have to buy one either way... might as well get the right one. Thanks for the number!
