I am trying to find some bullets for loading .32-20 revolver. Penn bullets are out of business, a company I had good luck for 38 S&W. I think I saw where T&B bullets has a coated bullet that looks good, but is .313. The loading manual says .312. Does it matter and what is a good bullet weight?

Missouri Bullets has 3 different weights of .32 bullets both uncoated and coated.

.32-20 bullets can range from .311 to.315 with no issues. Historically factory bullet weights ranged from 100-125 grains for lead bullet loads.
GT Bullets has hollow point bullets in 100, 115, and 125 grains. Their bullets are as good as any available. You can select sizing diameter too.

Weight is something you'll need to sort out per your own situation.
the diameter .... .312 vs .313 is almost irrelevant. If it will chamber without issue, you're golden. it'll come down to its proper size as it passes through the forcing cone.

I have had good luck with Missouri Bullet Co. I have used their 115 grain RNFP in my 1913 vintage 32-20 M&P. I followed loading data for AA # 5 from the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook. At some point I will be picking up a Lyman mold, but for now I will be using thr Missouri 115 gr. I also have a 92 Winchester in 32-20 that is out for some work right now. The 92 and the M&P were made around the same time and make a nice combo.
The real problem right now is finding brass. Hopefully Starline will be available again soon.

I've been using rimrock bullets lately. I'm going to start casting soon I have too many odd ball cartridges not to now.
I am using Bear Creek Supply 32-20 bullet.

I get powder coated 110 grain .3125" sized LSWC from Jerry's here in Tulsa. They are quite accurate!

I have used Bear Creek in 32 WCF, 45 Colt, 38-55, 45-70 & 45-90, very good stuff.
I size Lyman's old 3117 in .309, .311, and .314 Depending on the gun. I use the same Gas Checked bullet in 32 Colt New Police (Heavy 32 S&W long loading) along with 30-30, 303 Savage, 30 Carbine, 7,62x39 and plinking/reduced velocity loads in 308 Win 303 British and 7.62x45 R Russian.
It is probably the most useful bullet mold you can buy!
