Rickc, welcome to the forum.
That particular model is called the .32 Regulation Police. It was introduced in 1917. If you can give us the serial number, we can probably get within a year or so of its manufacture and shipping dates. It's probably fairly early (pre-1921) because of features I can make out in your photos (the shape of the ejector rod knob means it is before 1929 and the medallions in the stocks means it is earlier than the decade of the '20s.) I would guess it has a serial number between 260000 and 325000. On these guns the serial number is pressed into the forestrap behind the trigger guard.
