Wife just got a new target pistol, now I need to find some loads for it. Info is a little scarce for this round. Loaded ammo seems to be 98gr. The only loads I have found use either VV 310 or w 231. Anybody have any loads which they would like to share.

I use Unique but W231/HP38, especially on a progressive or using a powder measure, would be about ideal. You aren't going to be magnumizing it.

What sort of target pistol? Does it only use full-wadcutters? Need more info.

I have been using Berry's plated 83 grain wadcutter a lot in my 32's
I have used both Bullseye and Titegroup with great success.
As far as amount of powder , I just use the max listed for a lead
wadcutter and it has always worked well for me.
They have a bit more drag then lead and i have heard they can stick if loaded as light as you can get away with soft lead, good luck, fun cartridge.
A pound of powder lasts a real long time with these loads.
