I bought this recently for a nightstand gun--my normal carry is a 642--but noted that the 21 oz weight wouldn't feel bad in my front pocket. The problem was the oversize grips. I solved that with a pair of S and W service stocks (really pretty dark burly walnut that doesn't show up in the pic). That raised the issue of recoil. Surprisingly, it isn't too bad with my 125gr .357 handloads, though it is a handful. Got a Mika's pocket holster for it and so long as I wear a long shirt to cover the bulge I'm good to go. The 642 will remain my primary carry, but it's nice to have the option of .357x8 for "special occasions."

That's one sharp looking pocket cannon :) A T-Grip or similar unit would be something to look at though, improve the grip and wouldn't hurt CC. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great to me, but with the small grips, I would have to put a BK grip adapter on it so I could handle it properly. Good looking piece.

stay away from hornady 357 FTx for that baby....I own one ,,,great piece

I am looking for a 327 for pocket/IWB carry. Another option to consider is to buy a set of targets and cut off below grip frame to make your own boot grips and not increase size.

Wow. I think you're the only person I've ever seen that actually put the laser warning stickers on their gun.
