Hey guys I have tried to find another one for sale to judge the value of this gun but I can't find anything. I bought it the other day and think I got a great price ($400) but just not sure. It is a 98% gun.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You did good. I bought a #331TI for our daughter nearly two years ago, NIB old stock, and gave $550.00 plus shipping and FFL fees.

Thanks for the response! That leads me to another question, what is the difference between the 331 and 332?

Welcome to the forum! The 331 has a hammer, the 332 is hammerless. Just like ColbyBruce mentioned I also bought my daughter a 331 two years ago, NIB old stock, and gave $600.00. Good old Texas, she met the seller in the Walmart parking lot. She loves the light weight and minimum recoil. I could say that both are great guns because I have the 332 for my bummin around carry gun.

I paid $550 also two years ago for my 332 with a lasermax. Howeer when i took the laser off i found that the finish on the gun under the laser was peeling. Not quite the 99% gun i paid for. You did quite well.

Can those be safely re-chambered for .327???

Nope, not according to my inquiries. There have been some K Frame conversions, but, of course, S&W discourages it for obvious reasons involving lawyers and such:p

I think the problem is the .327 cartridge is longer than cylinder. I am not sure of that plus I have never seen a .327 cartridge or box of ammo to handle:(
