Anyone own the 351PD? I have one with the House Laser Grip and need holster recommendations.

I owned one and sold it. It was very inaccurate, even at short distances. I sold it to a friend.

He sent it back to S&W and apparently they worked on it and fixed it nicely.

To test the power of the .22 magnum cartridge, he brought two hardcover books to the range and the result was that the bullet went through one book and into the next.

Thereafter, I was kinda sorry that I sold it. It was easy to carry and light as a feather.

Just my opinion but, if they had designated the Model as P351D, they may have sold out of the existing inventory.

My wife and I bought a pair of them at the end of January. Unfortunately, the day after we picked them up, I fractured my ankle and had to have surgery, so we haven't been able to get them to the range yet. I'm hoping next week.

I use a DeSantis thumbreak scabbard. It is owb, but rides high and tight enough even a t-shirt over it works well. I don't have the laser grips, but there is a bit of a gap where the laser would be. Good coverage, keeps it clean if I'm going through brush or getting dirty. Good retention, worth checking out.

I've been thrilled with my 351pd. Not an easy gun to shoot well, but it has been surprisingly accurate when I'm doing my part. Based on a couple older threads here, I fitted a 43c cylinder to it to get a 351pd convertible. Using the lead free stuff we gotta use out here, it has actually done better than some other brand's compact 22's. Great for the backcountry.

I have a 351 PD , so light. Love that little gun. I would like to see a humpback 22 mag. That would have a huge coolness factor.

A Quasimodo 351 {351Q}

almost forgot a picture
