First cup of coffee this morning and this thread. What a way to start the day! 6 bills? Some guys have all the luck.

But, picked this'n up for 6 bills, so I'm gonna pack it and shoot 'er till the cows c

Please do and enjoy every second of it. IMHO to many owners don't, when they should.

Ol' Bear,

I do enjoy shootin' & usin' what I gather up...I've got to shred some pastures this week, think I'll sight-in that .357 on a fence post in the morning and pack 'er with me.

Will let ya know how she shoots.

Dave

Another day, another dollar (or two.) The weekend turned out pretty good after all. I somehow managed to dump some old stuff and came home with a few dollars more than I went with.

Blake caught me about noon today and asked if I'd bought anything. So I told him "no", I spent all my money yesterday buying grips. :) He got a pained look because he understood he was the one who'd gotten my lunch money. He was a bit concerned that I was going to punch out the large medallions for use on my next project. I had to reassure him I wasn't, or at least have no plans to unless they don't fit my 44 3rd. Or maybe something else. What I did discover was that I've already got 6 medallions in zip locks, and now another 8 in grips. I feel suddenly wealthy.

Where were all those guys who complain about needing prewar grips or the medallions?

Jim Rogers has added to his already good grip line a bunch of Keith Brown's grips. No wait if you buy from him. Another guy had one of the 357 x 8 times flat sided revolvers. He was asking $1300 for it. What am I missing here?
