I did a search on this RA40B ammo and found a lot of comments about it being rejected by the FBI for not meeting LE specs for accuracy and expansion. However, for range practice the price is right and you get nickel plated brass.

I just bought a mess of the Win ZQ4369 .40S&W from AMMOMAN.COM to feed to my CZ 40P. (All my wheel guns are Smiths!) CTD has sold out of this...Ammoman still has some though at a higher price.

All the reviews for the ZQ4369 ammo are 4-5 star, most say its superb, accurate and gives great expansion. ( Some folks note some cosmetic issues as in '2nds'.)

I found this info: Q4369 is the 180g "enhanced" Ranger JHP Bonded FBI contract ammo.

The Z prefix is used for a number of things like contract overruns, obsolete material, ETC. In this case the ammunition is an FBI contract over run.
