It might be possible, but you don't want to do it. It is unlikely to function so it will jam every shot. The .380 case is a smaller diameter at the base so it will swell, and possibly rupture. That's if it even goes off. Don't do it, there's nothing to gain.
 
Not a good idea. I'd guess the .380 would go in the chamber so deep the firing pin wouldn't even touch the primer. If it did go bang there would be a headspace issue. Yeah.....don't do it
 
I don't see why you would want to considering that 9x19 ammo tends to be cheaper, but regardless, it's not advisable.

If you want a double stack .380 ACP pistol then get a Bodyguard 2.0.
 
In addition to the issues others have mentioned it would also not have enough power to reliably cycle the action.

Since it would not headspace on the rim the extractor would be the only thing keeping the primer close enough to the breechface for the striker to ignite it. Which is unreliable and hard on the extractor. Assuming the extractor actually would work correctly with a cartridge that has a narrower base than what it was designed for.
