Can you post a photo of the head stamp? I never heard of that head stamp but that doesn't mean much because I'm not an expert on head stamps.

Are you sure its not R-P which is Remington.
 
Headstamp Codes - International Ammunition Association
According to the International Ammunition Association, the "P" headstamp has been used by 10 factories in the 20th century. It can appear with just the caliber and "P".

Also, Power Factor is a relatively recent factor in competition, associated with IPSC/USPSA/IDPA, etc. Bullseye and PPC have no such requirement.
