3913, in box Values?

I was at a gun range today. They have a Model 3913, in the box,and 5 magazines. Really clean. They have it on consignment,for $350, plus tax. What are these going for now days. I have a 5906, and a 6906. Thought this might be a good addition to the family. Wasn't sure about what they are bringing.

Buy it! The 5 mags are worth about $100 if there real S&W. What shape is the gun? Great carry gun with a cult like following. Enjoy it. Kyle

If those are OEM magazines, that's a steal. If they aren't, it's still a good deal. The best price I've seen lately for 3913 OEM magazines is about $30.00 plus shipping. Since the 3913 came with 2 magazines, the three extra ones are worth about $90.00, provided they are OEM and not Pro Mag or some other *** magazines.

The last I sold went for $425.00 with no box and two magazines. The last one I saw in a LGS went for the same price, also with no box and I think one magazine.

I think that is a good price if you want a 3913. Nice pistol w a good track record. I would buy at that price of I wanted that pistol even if it didn't have a box and only had 1 mag. On the other hand I wouldn't buy it if I didn't want it at 50 less. That's my thought process. For me trading stock comes at 50 cents on the dollar or less unless I already know someone hot for it. For guns I want I admit I can be a real sucker and overpay. So the real question is do you want it? My guess is you do and you'll probably like it so if your wife won't skin you buy it!

The three extra mags (if factory) are worth $100...... the gun with two mags is worth at least $450 in my market........


I've been carry one as my primary concealed Carry gun since about 1990.


At that price I'd buy it as a back up to my backup's backup!!!!!!

Well, I went back to the range this morning, and bought the 3913. This gun is just about new, in the box,and factory paperwork,and spent round. 5 magazines, 3 OEM,and 2 appear to be after market.$378 OTD. I think I got a great deal. What do you think?
