I noticed a 3913 LadySmith in the used-consignment case at one of my favorite LGS early this month. I have a similar double-column pistol (a 469 surplus, apparently never issued, by the Illinois State Police) so I snagged it, $600. It may have been the filthiest (internally) used pistol I have ever bought. It was like the prior owner shot it 50 rounds a month for years but never did anything but bore clean it and wipe it down. I field stripped it and cleaned and lubed it yesterday and took it out to shoot today. It did good. Even the two aftermarket ProMag magazines worked OK in it, though I think I will get a couple more OEM magazines. This one fits my hand a lot better than the 469. I still prefer my Springfield EMPs so it is likely I will never carry it, but I like it and it shoots well. I will post photos in a day or three.
