I found a 3913TSW Non-Rail, Hogue grips, no box for sale at LGS $650.

7rd with stepped grip or later 8rd with standard grip? To some it will make a difference.

Most likely if it never had a rail, its the earlier 7rd. But I have never seen Hogue grips on the 7rd variant - if the Hogue grips have been cut down, subtract as the correct stepped grips are hard to come by.

Most of the later 8rd 3913TSW had rail and LCI port - I have seen with rail absent and holes nicely plugged. I have also seen with holes poorly plugged (subtract or avoid). Hogue grips as well as correct SW grips are available for the 8rd variant.

I have seen them go $550-750 depending on condition, number of mags (2 is standard - add $50 for each additional correct SW mag or subtract if only 1 mag), box + paperwork.

Also depends on how purchasing - person to person cash with no tax will be best option and $650 probably good.

But retail add tax, and auction like GB, add shipping and credit card fee and tax and GB fee and receiving FFL fee = probably adds $125-150 so a $650 purchase may be more like $800+ which would be high for me.

Most LGS will bargain on used firearms - but that may depend on how long it has been there and condition - I would offer $600 and see if they bite, but if you want it pay the $650.

That might be a bit high unless it's in really good condition. My shooter grade cost me about $425.00 and my ANIB 3953TSW (both early, non rail) went for about $650.00 including shipping a few months ago.

The 3913TSW is a very nice carry gun. Shoots well, is accurate with 124 or 147 grain ammunition, carries well too.

Picked mine up off the Forum in 2018 for around $500 to $550 if I recall.

Bought an original grip from Numrich as mine also had the hogues on it.

Haven't put them on yet.

I'd be interested to hear whether it's a pre-rail, (7 rnd,) or a real non-rail railed one, (8 rnd.)

I finally found and got an outstanding pre-rail one 3 years ago after waiting a very long time. Had to be high condition for a low price. It's what I was so patient for and more. $576.00 but as ACEd said then it was $30.00 shipping + $20.00 receiving + $20.00 for the "instant" background. ($646.00 total.) I'd pay $650.00 now for a high condition non-rail railed one that came with nothing else.

Numrich still has the 7 rnd factory grips for $16.99. Just checked again.

It's a 7-rd, Pre-Rail, has a spurred hammer installed and aftermarket fiber optic sights. Thanks for all the replies and time folks!

Love the 39 series. Have 3 3914's. A primary as EDC and a clone as backup in case anything happens to primary. Exact same gun and grips (Hogues). Just recently acquired the 3rd one - estate auction. It appears unfired. Not a mark on anything inside/outside anywhere and even the followers in the mags are new. Outstanding guns. Prefer the 3914 vs 13 for carry simply for the darker finish.

These were going in the $1k+/- range about 5+ years ago, if I recall correctly.
