How rare are the 3913 TSW's without rail? I hate the rail for daily carry but love the trigger on the TSWs. There's a 3913TSW W/no rail for $550 BIN right now on a popular auction site ;)

550.00 for a weapon you could bet your life on.
Sounds fair.

I'd say getting more rare. Looks tempting don't it? :)

I got a NOS 4013TSW w/out the rail, from that place, for $500 last year...Just do it if you wanna! ;) I don't see how you'd get hurt too bad in the long run.

You guys aren't making this any easier. I'm torn between this one and a 4040pd. I have a regular 3913 but the TSW is sooo tempting.

I traded a NIB 642 for this one, straight up.

ahhhhh screw it. I just bought it.

shhhhhhhh it's a secret.

Good for you Frank. About 2 weeks ago I was bidding on a 38-44 HD transitional. I tried to get cute and not hit BIN, the difference was 40 bucks. Another bidder came in and hit BIN, now he owns it. Lesson learned.
That's one fine looking 3913 TSW. Congrats.

Yeah, I could totally see that happening with this one. I figured, "why not?" :) my regular 3913 mags should fit for the range and for carry the shortys it comes with should foot the bill nicely.

Looking very nice. I looked at a single stack 4013 this morning at Ed's. I liked the feel of it. It was filthy but the internals looked perfect. Not even a scratch on the feed ramp. If I hadn't decided to stick with 9mm and 45acp I would have snagged it.

i love the 3rd gen guns. i would buy it if you like it. i think only the cqb is rare of the 3rd gens of how many made.

I would really like a 4513TSW w/out the rail to complete the 3rd gen collection. Not sure if they made one or not (non-rail). The 4013TSW and the 6906 took some time to find....and I DO have time. It'll happen sooner or later.

Be sure to post pics when you get your 3913! We do like pics!! ;)

My 3913

Here's the 3913 that my father gave me a few years ago. He bought it new and never fired it. I have put several rounds through it and now I'm carrying it as my concealed carry pistol. Very nice gun!! I also have a 669 that's in "like new" condition, but it's quite a bit bulkier and thicker in the grip than this svelte single stack!

Congrats!!! You took the time to fuzz out the serial number. :D

If you don't want folks to know what it is, you should delete the GunBroker link that clearly shows the serial number...

Ive often wondered why peeps block out the serial numbers? Same with the license plates in the car and bike forums.

I don't know. But if he truly doesn't want people to know he has a gun with serial number XXXXX Then he should take the link down because it's clearly visible from the seller's picture.

I always figure if the gov ever started collecting guns or whatever people are afraid of, I'd just have to tell the truth....

I lost all my guns during a bad storm on Lake Superior. They went overboard. It was a sad day for sure. Yep, every one of them. Why were they all sitting on the rail of the boat during a storm??? Well, I was showing the whole collection to a friend that was with me.

Did you ever live in West Michigan? There's a place over then called "Gun Lake." Never heard the origin for the name.

Thought maybe your bad luck with the boat rail had happened before and you were forced to move to Wisconsin. :D Where it happened again....

To be honest I'm not all that concerned about it but bluring it on Photobucket took all of 5 seconds so I figure it can't hurt.
