If that's the case then I have -12I think I have a few.
Now that's the long and short of it...the wheel that is.
Great collection! I hope you can pass along to your family. I always wanted a 3 inch model 66. Thankyou S&W forum.Back in the bad old days when this forum was young we had a tradition of making a "wheel' of sixguns. While I don't have a wheel to show, I think I have a few.View attachment 789148View attachment 789149View attachment 789150

You would need a Pit-loader wheel to splay all of those outBack in the bad old days when this forum was young we had a tradition of making a "wheel' of sixguns. While I don't have a wheel to show, I think I have a few.View attachment 789148View attachment 789149View attachment 789150
Can't figure out what sort of wheel I could make with my 2.
You guys are impressive.
very very nice. Thank you for safeguarding them but also for passing them on. I think that is a topic under discussed. They aren't making anymore classic Smiths, but everyone here wants them. The deal is you can't simultaneously hope to get a hold of your next grail gun but then swear on a stack of bibles you will never let it go. That's hypocritical. If no one ever passed them on, no one else would ever get to enjoy being the guardian for a period of time. I'm thankful as hell for all the guys before me who took great care of nice revolvers. I am even more thankful they arrived at a point in their lives when they chose to make them available to others.![]()
