I just bought my 4006tsw a few months ago, so I never really paid attention, but I have noticed the gun in two movies so far! The first is The Fast and The Furious. The cop who pulls over Brian O'conner has a 4006, then it appears that the same gun is also used by the gangsters when they are beating up Ted in the auto shop.
The second is from a movie I saw last night called "12 Rounds." I thought it was ironic because my 4006 holds 11+1, but the title of the movie was not about bullets.
Anyone know of any others?

I bought my 4006 in 1993. It is the most reliable pistol I've ever owned. It just started to have some jams now after 16 years of use...several thousand rounds. I ordered a new reciol spring which is quite a bit longer than my 16 year old dead one and again, the gun is flawless. This gun is a dream to shoot, very accurate, comfortable and easy to dis-asemble. I'll never sell it.

I love mine too. It has only had about 200 rounds through it. I never have had a problem with it except when my left thumb bumped the slide stop durring shooting (it is too big IMO). I thought it jambed, then I figured out what was happeneing.
Oh yeah, thanks for the list of movies!
FirebirdV8 Huh? I had an 01 Mustang GT, sold it for my wife's Infiniti G35, but I still have my '97 Mustang from highschool!
