Definitely looks like the LPA sight and S&W used these sights exclusively on the PC Stocking Dealer series, my SD-9 has it and as a matter of fact, my very rare Super 9 has it also.

Now then:
Can anyone tell me what they are or confirm they are factory
Confirmed what they are -- can definitely confirm that S&W used them, but I cannot confirm that the factory installed these or shipped this pistol this way.

Italian made by LPA, TPU Series adjustable sight for S&W 9mm/.40 3rd gens.

Fusion Firearms is the U.S. Distributor.

Judging by the finish damage and punch marks, I'd say that was not installed by the factory.

Those TPU and TR series sights were quite common on a lot of PC guns. I know of no regular production service pistols that were shipped with LPA sights.

I say that gun was shipped originally with a factory Novak backsight #10792

Cheers

LPA rear sights on 3rd Gens

I put LPAs on several of my 3rd Gens.

My 1076 & 1013 got the TPU-10WE30.

My Shorty 40 got the TPU-91SW30.

The last two digits of the LPA PN# code determines what style rear blade it is: 07, 18 or 30
