4013 magazine help

Hey Guys, I have a 4013, the 8 shot pistol. I only have one mag for it and am desperate for a couple more. Any idea where I can find them?
Also, will the magazine for a 4013 TSW, the 9 shot work in the 4013?
I am also looking for mags for a 1076 but I really need to own guns that I can find them for, this hunt is killing me.

The TSW magzines are not compatible with the single stack model guns.

I bought a couple of the 4013 magzines last year on Ebay. Check on that site regularly and you should see them periodically. I did see a couple of 10mm magazines today....but no single stack 40's.

The magazines you seek for 4013 also are for 4014,4053,and 4054. Those 4 pistols and their magazines are used by 10mm fans to convert them to 10mm. The magazines are becoming scarcer as time go by. I buy,for 10mm conversion,any I see at gun shows.

I have 3 4014's and 2 4054's and have been looking for extra mags for months. I found 2 last week at a local gun show $25 each. So look at your local gun shows. They do not stay long on eBay even though they sale for $50 each minimum.

Tell me about it. I've got one Model 4053 and was this close to buying a second one... but I hesitated because the magazines for it are so damn scarce. I tried to make a deal through a shop to buy 3 magazines off of a consignment 4013 owner, but it fell apart. Never had a chance is more like it. Now that second 4053 is sold... but I am still looking for the magazines just in case another 4053 or a nice 4013 comes along.

It's been crazy. Two just went for $55 each (one on each major auction site). It's just nuts!

What has to be done to convert the 10mm mag so that it will work with the 4013?

I live in very rural mountains of western Colorado. We only have 2 Gun shows a year within 100 miles of here and they are very small. I keep searching tho....

As 10mm mags seem to be scarcer than 4013 mags,probably hasn't been attempted.
10mm mags are one round longer,external tabs on outside of magazine are in a different location and won't line up with the slots in the pistols' magazine well.

I don't know what area you are in but a local to me gun store Dav's Gun Shop in Lafayette La has a few single stack 4013 mags I fond them when searching for the 4013tsw I picked up. Still had them two weeks ago but only open on weekdays

I just did a google search for S&W 4013 magazines
on the interenet. I found 3 available on GA. Hope this helps.

Check with Robertson Trading Post, they have hard to find magazines from time to time. Right now they have 11 round 410/4006 mags - 3 for $59.

If anyone wants a good laugh this afternoon, check out what a Smith & Wesson 4013 Pistol Magazine is going for on that certain website we all love that rhymes with D-Day. I can't believe it.

I think I'm ready to start selling my own 4013/4053 magazines if they're going to bring those kind of nutty prices! Better than selling my poor, old, watered-down blood... right?

Wow, one of them is up over 100 dollars. Perhaps MecGar should take notice. There is a high demand for them.
