43 C now in productions

I just spoke with S & W sales department and they said the S&W 43 C, J frame 8 shot 22lr snubnose is now in production!!

hope this is true,my locale dealer has been trying to find one for me for about six weeks.(with no luck). i will check with him again tomorrow. i will let you know what he finds out

The 43C saga continues

Here is the question I posed to S&W customer service on Wednesday, July 27, "Hey, is this gun going to be made, not made, run in tiny batches? Awesome gun, seems to be a no brainer. thx, Rob."

Here is what I got back from S&W customer service rep, Robert, on July 29 in response to my question:
Hello, current production is scheduled for late September and will continue through the year.
Thank You

Of course, what this means is anybody's guess...
