So I have a 43C, which is a neat piece, but in carrying it, the cylinder has gotten very shiny and is starting to chip here and there, and is just starting to look really crappy. I took the finish off the cylinder, thinking it would look a lot better with the bare aluminum finish,,, but didn't really look much better, as the finish is just machining scratches that don't really fit any pattern. So I am thinking of getting the outside of the cylinder blasted with some type of soft media to give it a factory blasted look. Any ideas on what to use ?
