I also would buy a copy. I own but one S&W 44 Maggie, the original pre-29, blue, 6.5" bbl. It was the second S&W .44 Mag in the Panama Canal Zone (first one sold locally through Balboa Gun Club), as the first 44 Mag in the CZ was purchased in the Continental USA by a CZ prison guard on vacation & brought home by him. (Travel was simpler in 1956 than today.)
