First time with my 38. I was rather impressed. The spent shells did not eject like I wanted to, but we will see what happens with that later on. The recoil was strong , yet not overwhelming. While aiming for the direct center of the target my shots ended up in the heart area automatically. I'm very happy with that. Simply just aim for the center of my target and the rest will fall into place. My range was a close 21 feet , give or take. Very happy with the 442 today.

Good work. Get some snap caps and practice shooting your TV between trips to the range. Then you can also extend your target distance. J-frames are fun to shoot. Enjoy.

I love mine-
Practice makes perfect

They are very nice guns. I have a no lock 442-2 that is a joy to shoot.

I've been shooting UMC 130grn FMJ for practice and carry 135grn +P Speer Gold Dots.
